Some banks' mobile apps don't allow numerical passwords, but their web portals should. We've seen this happen with certain banks, like Tangerine. 

Try sending us an Interac e-Transfer by logging into your online banking through a desktop portal instead of the mobile app. Don't forget, we'll reimburse you any e-Transfer fee that your bank may charge you to send out an Interac e-Transfer!
