If you need to dispute or challenge a charge that was made on your KOHO card, here are the steps you should follow.
Lock your card in the app by selecting the card image in the top right corner and toggling the Lock button on both of your cards. This will prevent any further unauthorized transactions from being made on your card.
Reach out to the merchant to see if they can find a solution for you.
Some common unrecognized charges come from either Apple or Google.

Double check to make sure that no one else has access to your card information. We know that sometimes unfamiliar charges show up because a friend or family member used your card to make a purchase.
If after you complete these steps you still require assistance, reach out to us via the in-app chat with the merchant name and transaction amount.
Heads Up: KOHO’s process of disputing a charge requires us to reach out to the merchant to encourage them to reimburse the funds before any funds are credited back to your account. As a result, unfortunately we’re unable to credit funds to your account until this process is complete.
