If an e-Transfer that you sent load@koho.ca didn't get accepted, there could be a few different things going on. Reach out to us via in-app chat so that we can problem solve it with you.

A few things to note:

  • Make sure the sender's name on the e-Transfer matches the name on your KOHO account
  • We can only accept e-Transfers to your account that are sent by you (we don't accept third party e-Transfers)
  • Reminder: KOHO users can send money to other KOHO users instantly through the app
