If you happen to ever misplace your KOHO card, you can Lock your card right away by selecting the card image in the upper right corner, tapping on the card you've lost and toggling the Lock button.

If you’re sure that you’ve lost your card (and not just misplaced it), let our User Support Team know and we’ll cancel your card right away.
