If you need to dispute or challenge a charge that was made on your KOHO card, here are the steps you should follow.

Step 1:

Lock your card in the app by clicking on the More tab > Cards to prevent any further unauthorized transactions from being made on your card.

Step 2:

Reach out to the merchant to see if they can find a solution for you.

Some common unrecognized charges come from either iTunes or Google.

Step 3: 

Double check to make sure that no one else has access to your card information. We know that sometimes unfamiliar charges show up because a friend or family member used your card to make a purchase.
