Yes! You can link your PayPal, Xoom, or Stripe account with KOHO. You will need to enter your KOHO direct deposit details for this particular loading method.

Steps for PayPal

Log in to your PayPal account and set up a direct deposit:

  1. You can link on the PayPal website or using the PayPal app. More details here.

  2. Add in your KOHO direct deposit details on the "Link a bank account page." These are provided in your KOHO app by clicking on $ > Set up direct deposit. Or you can find this information on KOHO Web by going to Add funds > Set up direct deposits.

PayPal will send micro-deposits to your KOHO account 2-3 days after you’ve initiated the link, and you will need to confirm the deposited amounts on your PayPal account.

Steps for Stripe

For Stripe, you can add in your KOHO direct deposit information under Payouts > Add Bank Account.  

Good-to-Knows

💡Heads up, if the name on your account is different than the name on your KOHO account (i.e. a business account), we, unfortunately, are unable to process it.

💡 PayPal, Stripe, and Xoom will be categorized as either a direct deposit (if adding funds to KOHO) or a pre-authorized debit (if moving funds from KOHO), so the account limits for those funding methods will apply here.

We now accept pre-authorized debits from Stripe, Xoom, and PayPal depending on the amount of the withdrawal.
