If you need to make changes to your account, go to More > Settings > Profile. 

A quick rundown of what we might ask for:

  • If you need to update the name we have on file for you, we'll require a photo of your driver's licence or a utility statement. 
  • Heads up that if you use e-Transfer to load your card, the name on the transfer must match the name we have on your KOHO account. 
  • If you need to update your address you can do this in your app. If you weren't able to, we will need you to send us a photo of your driver's licence or a utility statement to confirm the change.
  • If you need to update your phone number or email address, you will need to enter your password and Passcode
