We have specific internal criteria and eligible merchants for Pay Later. Upon making an eligible purchase, if you qualify for Pay Later, you'll see eligible transactions in your KOHO app. However, there are general criteria that your purchases must meet:
The transactions must fall within your eligibility window (this can vary by user, such as 30 or 60 days).
The transaction amount must be above your minimum eligible amount (for example, $50 or $100, depending on your profile).
The transaction amount must also be within your Pay Later limit. You can view your limit by heading to the Home tab and selecting Pay Later.
💡 Please note that even if you’ve used Pay Later at the same merchant before, eligibility can change from one purchase to the next. Pay Later uses real-time checks, so a transaction that qualified once may not always qualify again.
