Apple Pay Trouble Shooting

Updated over 2 weeks ago

Your KOHO card is now compatible with Apple Pay. If you're having issues adding your card to your Apple Wallet or using Apple Pay, here are some common troubleshooting issues.

Problem Verifying Your Card

When adding your KOHO card to your Apple Wallet, if you receive the message "card not provisioned," or "try again later" during the card verification step, you will need to verify your identity on the phone.

KOHO Card is Locked

If your transaction doesn't go through, please check whether your card is locked within the KOHO app or web

Apple Pay won't work if the Physical or Virtual card that's linked to your Apple Wallet is locked.

Device Limit Reached

If you see a "Device Limit Reached" message when adding your KOHO card to Apple Pay, it means you’ve hit the maximum number of devices for that card. Try removing any KOHO cards you’ve already added to your mobile wallet. After that, you should be able to add your new card.
