Can I unsubscribe from marketing emails?
Yes. You can unsubscribe from marketing and promotional emails at any time.
👉 Simply click the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any promotional email.
Important: You can’t unsubscribe from transactional emails (like device verification, password resets, or security alerts). These are required to keep your account safe. If you mark KOHO emails as spam, it may block important transactional emails. If this happens, contact us and we’ll help fix it.
Can I unsubscribe from marketing push in-app notifications?
Not separately. Currently, push notifications can only be managed at the device level:
Turning notifications off means you won’t receive any push notifications (including important account, transactions and security updates)
Keeping notifications on means you’ll continue receiving all push notifications (marketing, transactions and security updates)
💡 We recommend keeping push notifications enabled so you don’t miss important updates about your account.
